Dear CCSI Families

Holiday:

School will be closed next Tuesday and Wednesday the 9/22-9/23 in observance of Kokumin no Kyujitsu & Shunbun no Hi. Please do not send your kids to school these days. Make sure that you have fun with them.

FEU Canceled:

The FEU that was scheduled for 9/26 has been canceled. Sorry if this causes you any inconvenience. The next one will be on 11/14.

Property:

Please encourage your kids to pick up any trash they find on the property and to put any loose balls in the ball bin. 

Swine Flu:

The school board has decide that if we have any confirmed cases of the swine flu that we will close the school for two days to help prevent an outbreak. If your child begins to show symptoms of the swine flu, please get them checked. 

To help prevent the spreading of germs, each student has been given two hand towels to use to dry there hands after washing. Please wash these regularly to help us prevent the spreading of germs. We also have placed a bottle of hand sanitizer in each room.

Volunteering:

Thank you to everyone that signed up for something this past weekend. Please continue think and pray about how else you can be involved in CCSI this year. 

Tennis: 

Furuichiba on Sept 18 & Ariyoshi on Sept 25th. 

Please let me know if you can help with transportation as the school staff is not able to help with this.

来週火曜日22日と水曜日23日は、国民の休日と秋分の日の為、学校は休校です。その日は、生徒は学校に登校する必要はありません。どうぞご家庭で有意義にお過ごしください。

FEUキャンセル：

9月26日に予定していたFEUをキャンセルします。ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。次回のミーティングは11月14日を予定しています。

敷地内：

学校の敷地内に落ちているゴミを見つけたら拾って捨てるように、またボールも置きっぱなしのを見たら、ボール入れに戻すように、ご家庭でもお伝えください。

新型インフルエンザ：

学校理事会は、新型インフルエンザに対する対応を以下のように決定いたしました。学校内で、新型インフルエンザ感染の生徒が確認された場合、感染拡大防止のため２日間学校を閉鎖します。子供に新型インフルエンザ感染の症状が現れた場合は、すみやかに検査を受けさせてください。

 

細菌の広がりを防ぐため、各生徒は手洗い後に使用するハンドタオルを２枚、渡されています。学校内での細菌の広がり防止のため、これらのタオルを定期的に洗濯してください。各教室に消毒液も１本ずつ設置しました。

ボランティア：

先週末、ボランティアの申し出に応じてくださった方々に感謝いたします。今学期、CCSIにみなさんがどのような形でお手伝いいただけるかについて、続けて考え、お祈りください。

 

テニス：

９月１８日古市場、９月２５日有吉でテニスがあります。学校のスタッフが生徒たちをコートまで連れて行くことが出来ません。車出しにご協力いただける方は、ケビン ディングル先生までご連絡ください。

Welcome back BBQ:

Thank you for everyone that helped with this fun event. Please say Thank You to the Cocreham family who organized and led. We are so glad to have such wonderful families that help to make these events possible.

Swine Flu:

Pick up Time:

Just a friendly reminder that school ends at 3:30 and students should be picked up then. If you would like your kids to be able to stay longer, then please make sure that you have arranged for adult supervision if you are unable to be present.

この楽しいイベントにあたり、お手伝い下さった方々に感謝いたします。企画と当日の指揮を取って下さったコックラハム家に感謝し、みなさんからもお礼を述べていただければと思います。このようなイベント開催を可能とするお手伝いをしてくださるCCSIの家族を嬉しく思います。

Welcome Back! 

Welcome back BBQ:

This saturday we will have a community meeting at 11:00 that will be followed by a BBQ. Please bring enough drinks for your family and either a side dish or desert. The school will provide the main course. Please talk to Brett Cocreham about ways that you can help.  (bongcocreham@yahoo.com) 

Drinks for Bangladesh:

On our ongoing effort to support our sister school in Bangladesh, the High School will be selling drinks out of the office. Drinks will be available for purchase each day for the first 10 min of lunch for 150 yen.

We’re pleased to share that we have two new students joining our community. Please be praying for David Lee (1st) & James Rainsford (7th) during this time of transition.

 

Volunteering:

Please be thinking and praying about how you can be involved in CCSI this year. We’ll be asking each family to sign up to help in different areas at the community meeting.

Tennis: We are very excited that Daniel Pitz will continue to  give Tennis instruction this fall. He currently has courts reserved at Furuichiba on Sept 4, 18 & Ariyoshi on Sept 11 & 25th.

新学期始めのバーベキュー

今週土曜日１１時にコミュニティーミーティングがあり、その後バーベキューを行います。各ご家族、自分達の分のお飲物と、おかずかデザート一品をお持ちください。メインは学校で用意いたします。お手伝い頂ける方は、ブレット・コクラハムさんとお話ください。 (bongcocreham@yahoo.com)

バンクラデシュのための飲み物に関して

バンクラデシュにある姉妹校のサポートを続ける為に、本校の高校生がオフィスで飲み物を販売します。毎日お昼が始まってから最初の10分間販売します。150円です。

今年度のＣＣＳＩの活動に、みなさんが　どのように関わってくださることができるかを　考え、お祈りください。コミュニティーミーティングで、それぞれの家族に　お手伝いの協力をお願いする予定です。

テニス：

秋からも、ダニエル　ピッツさんが　テニスの指導を続けてくださることを　大変嬉しく思います。現在のテニスの予定は以下の通りです。

学校のスタッフが車出しをすることが出来ません。生徒たちの　学校からテニスコートへの移動をお手伝いいただける方は、ケビン　ディングル先生までご連絡ください。
