CHRISTMAS IS COMING!
Last year’s Christmas Shop during the Living Nativity Coffee House was such a success, we would like to continue the tradition. If anyone is interested in helping to create handmade crafts and/or give ideas for the shop, please contact the school. We welcome any help!!
COFFEE HOUSE
This year Mrs. Han and Mrs. Cocreham are in-charge of the coffee house, we would like to ask if you would please volunteer as well. There are a few opportunities to participate: shopping at Costco for supplies
baking goods for sale (see details below)
helping to set up/serve/clean up on both or
either of 11/30 and 12/1
LIVING NATIVITY INFORMATION
This year, we will be performing the Living Nativity on Friday, November 30, at 6:00 only, followed by the Coffee House and Christmas Shop in the Kyoikukan. On Saturday, December 1, there will be two performances, 5:00 and 7:00, with a Coffee House in between and after the 7:00 performance.
We will be distributing fliers and posters to those of you who are willing to post these in public places and in your neighborhoods and churches.
This year, because Friday, 11/23 is a national holiday, we would like to invite any parents who are unable to help with Parent Cleaning day on 11/24, to come help from 9-12.
Saturday, 11/24, we will also be cleaning and cooking sweets to sell at the coffee house. Anyone who would like to help in either of these capacities, please come and help! A big “Thank You” in advance!

11/30(金）の劇は六時のみで、その後コーヒハウスとクリスマスショップを教育館でひらきます。12/１(土)は五時と七時に劇を行いコーヒーハウスは劇と劇の間と七時の劇の後にオープンします。
教会や近所の方々へちらしを配りたい方々には学校がちらしをお渡し致します。
今年は11/23が祝日な事から、11/24のペアレントクリーニングデーに来られない方は11/23の九時から12時の間にぜひご参加下さい。11/24は掃除とコーヒーハウスで販売するお菓子作りを行います。どちらかでもお手伝いできる方はぜひ、来て助けてください！事前に大きな感謝こめて！
