The CCSI board plans to send a note each semester to let you know the recent and future agenda so you can pray with us.

[J Track]

○ The board is contacting some teacher candidates and seminaries for a new J track teacher. Please pray that the Lord will send a teacher according to His will.

○ There are a few students who want to enroll from next April as 1st graders. Please pray that we will find a new teacher soon and be able to accept the new students.

[E Track]

○ From January next year, one new student will join the 2nd grade. His name is Kai Radke from MTW Tokyo team. Letʼs welcome him.

○ Also in January, we will have a new intern, Tory Chow. She is currently a freshman at college. Please pray for her preparation and financial support to come to Japan.

 【Jトラック】

○ ボードでは、新しい教師リクルートのため何名かの候補者や神学校などにコンタクトしています。御心の先生が与えられるよう、お祈りください。 ○ 4月から入学を希望されているお子さん(新1年 生)が数名おられます。新しい教師が早く見つか り、新入生を受け入れられるようお祈りください。 

【Eトラック】

○ 来年1月から、2年生に1名生徒が加わる予定で す。MTW東京チームのラドケ家のカイ君です。皆で 歓迎しましょう。

○ 同じく1月に、新しいインターンTory Chowさん が来られる予定です。現大学1年生です。来日準 備、サポートのためにお祈りください。

Influenza at CCSI

Today, December 10, our students numbered only 18, due to the prevalence of influenza among our families and teachers. We have decided to cancel classes for tomorrow, December 11, Thursday, and make a further decision about Friday by Thursday afternoon.  If anyone in your family has contracted influenza, please inform the school, as this will help our decision.

We are praying for a speedy recovery for each child and protection for the rest of the family members.

Living Nativity Preparation

We are sending home the words and music for our performance at the Coffee House.  Please help you child learn the words for both the Japanese and English verses which are marked.  Thank you!

We would love to welcome anyone who would like to perform at the Coffee House on Friday and/or Saturday night(s).  Please let the staff know what you will be performing and about how long it will be.  Thank you!!!

Please see the attached sheets regarding the schedule for Friday and Saturday nights.  Please have your children here on time in order begin practice on Friday night, particularly.

Please remember that dinner for your student is provided on Saturday night ONLY.  if you wish to order a sandwich for Friday night, please sign up on the pink sheet in the entrance to the school.

PLEASE pray for the Living Nativity and those who will be coming; may God have the honor!  Please invited your friends!!!  There are more flyers in the office to pass out, so help yourself.

School Dress Code:

A reminder that students should not be wearing tight-fitting slacks or leggings to school.  Please ensure that your student’s slacks have enough “give” so that the shape of the body from the waist to the ankles is not clearly revealed.

コーヒーハウスで歌うクリスマスソングの楽譜のコピーを生徒に配りました。印がついている日本語と英語の歌詞をおぼえる手助けをお願いします。ありがとうごさいます！

金曜日か土曜日、コーヒーハウスに出演して下さる方々を募集しています。内容と時間をスタッフまでお知らせ下さい。ありがとうごさいます！！

添付されている金曜日と土曜日のスケジュールをご確認ください。特に金曜日の夜は、劇の練習があるので、お子さんを時間通りに登校させてください。

生徒の夕食は土曜日だけ支給されます。金曜日の夜のため、サンドイッチを購入されたい方は、学校玄関に貼ってあるピンクの用紙に記入してください。

FEU and Parent Cleaning Day

Please join us tomorrow, November 22, for an FEU dealing with the results of the survey.  We will be starting at 9am and finishing at 10:30.  Following the meeting, we will be cleaning the school and getting it ready for the Living Nativity.  We will try to finish by 12:30 so that those who want to attend the lecture at 1:30 have time for lunch.

クリスマスチャイルド作戦

ご協力ありがとうございました。靴箱に入ったプレゼントは無事世界中に送り出されました。受け取る子達の為にもお祈り下さい。

FEUとペアレントクリーニングデイ

明日11月２２日に行われる、FEUではアンケートで集められた答えについて話し合いを行いたいと思います。午前9時から１０時３０分までです。このミーティングの後、教育館の大掃除とクリスマスの時期の飾り付けを行います。午後1時３０分から誉田チャペルで行われる講義に間に合うように、午後１２時３０分までには全てが終わるようにしたいと思います。

Operation Christmas Child:

Each class will be putting together a shoebox to provide a Christmas present for a child.  A list went home this week of items that would be good to place in the boxes for these children.  

Oct 28-31: School supplies! New supplies; these may be the only school supplies the child receives all year.

Nov 4-7: New socks and underwear!

Also: Small toys and candies. No chocolate, nothing out of date.

クリスマスチャイルド作戦

それぞれのクラスで靴箱にある子ども達のためのクリスマスプレゼントを詰め合わせる事になりました。裏面のリストに子ども達の為のプレゼントに良さそうな物が記載してあります。

１０月２８日～３１日までの間は：

学校用品。新しい学校用品は彼らにとっては一年に一回だけもらえるかもしれない大切なプレゼントです。

11月４日～7日：新しい靴下と下着

小さなおもちゃや、賞味期限の切れていない飴なども大歓迎です。チョコレートはご遠慮下さい。

The end of the year means saying good-bye yet again!!  We will be sending off Taylor, Stephen, Heather, Daniel, Matthew and Harrison at the close of summer school.  Stay tuned for details!!!

SUMMER SCHOOL SCHEDULE

Most of our CCSI students will be participating in Summer School next week.  Please come to the Education Building by 8:45 on Tuesday, July 1.  We will finish the day at 12:00.  Students should bring pencils, pens, erasers, and notebooks or paper.  No regular dress code, but please dress modestly in casual summer wear.

祈りの課題

夏休みの間、ご家族の特別な時間がもてますように。

ごきげんよう！

年度末という事は、またさよならを言わなければならない時期になったという事です。サマースクールが終わる頃にテイラー、スティーブン、ヘザー、ダニエル、マスユー、ハリソンを送り出します。

サマースクールのスケジュール

来週から始まるサマースクールには学校のほとんどの生徒が参加します。７月１日火曜日の８時４５分までに教育館へ来て下さい。クラスは１２時までです。生徒は鉛筆、ペン、消しゴム、ノートまたは紙を持って来て下さい。制服で来る必要はありませんが、夏のカジュアルな服装でも控えめな服装で来るようお願いします。

FOR PRAYER: 

It’s June! Praise God for the way He has led us this year, and pray that we would all - teachers, interns and students - finish strong, with hearts that are focused on bringing God glory.

CCSI TALENT SHOW - It’s tomorrow night!!

Our annual talent show will be held tomorrow night, Friday, June 20, after a regular school day. Please come by 6:30pm, having eaten, and bring a snack to share (store-bought is A-OK!!)  The show will begin at 7pm.  Let’s cheer our kids on!!

GOOD-BYE, GOOD-BYE

The end of the year means saying good-bye yet again!!  On Tuesday, June 24th we will send Hannah, Rachel and Seth off with a pot-luck dinner. (Word has it that takoyaki and okonomiyaki are favorites...) Please come at 5pm and join together to show our appreciation for these wonderful young people.

DEVOTIONS: a big blessing!

Many thanks to all parents who took time to bless our school body with a devotional time this year. Each and every one was deeply appreciated.  May God bless you and continually guide you!

SPIRIT WEEK

Tomorrow (Friday, June 20) will be our last day of formal school before summer break. This three-day week will have the following schedule:

Tu (6/24) and W (6/25) students will study as usual in the morning and participate in the games, fun and Bible times of Spirit week in the afternoon.

DRESS CODE

Modesty is our watch-word at all times. During Spirit Week please follow our dress code when choosing shorts and no tank tops/shirts off the shoulders please..

SUMMER SCHOOL SCHEDULE

This year’s summer interns are more than willing to offer extra English classes from July 1-18, Tuesday-Friday, 8:45 am-12:00. We are making the schedule now and including tutorials in writing, math, grammar, vocabulary, industrial arts and a daily period for educational games.  We would like to ask for feedback from last year’s program and any particular subjects you wish to cover for your child (for example, science experiments or cooking class).  We hope to have a sign-up sheet available by June 20, at the Talent Show.

祈りの課題

６月になりました。今年度も導いて下さった神様を賛美します。またCCSI一同（先生達、インターン達、生徒達）が年度を神様の栄光を表すことに集中して終わらせる事が出るようにお祈り下さい。

CCSIタレントショー！

毎年恒例のタレントショーが明日６月２０日（金）に行われます。午後6：３０分にお越し下さい。夜ご飯は出ません。皆で分ける為のお菓子などもお持ち下さい（市販のものでも全く問題ありません）ショーは午後7時からです。子ども達にエールを！

デボーションの時間を用いて沢山の恵みを与えて下さったご両親の方々に感謝です！神様が皆様を祝福されますように！

スピリチャルウィーク

明日（６月２０日、金）は通常授業最後の日です。

三日間あるスピリチャルウィークは：火（６／２４）から水（６／２５）は午前中は通常授業の後ゲームタイム、午後からは聖書の時間。

木（６／２６）終日スピリチャルウィーク

服装規定について

きちんとした身だしなみを心がけましょう。体育では気候が暑くなってくるとはいえ、丈の短すぎるズボン、タンクトップや肩なしシャツ等を着用するのは止めましょう。

夏期学校のスケジュール

今年も夏のインターン達が7月1日ー１８日までの間、火曜日から金曜日の予定で英語の特別クラスを行って下さいます。午前８：４５分から１２：００までです。授業内容としては、作文、算数、文法、単語、工芸、英語のゲームなどです。前回の特別クラスで行った科目でもう一度お子さん達にトライさせたい事がありましたらお知らせ下さい。（理科の実験や、料理のクラスなど）

６月２０日のタレントショーまでにはサインアップシートの配布を行う予定です。
